All pieces offered are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and unique. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our work. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3. Orders & Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our items, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted outside of the following circumstances:

Lost in Transit: A 75% refund will be issued if an item is confirmed lost during shipping.
Damaged in Transit: If an item is damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Verified damaged items will be replaced at no charge or a full refund issued upon return.

All other scenarios are not eligible for returns or refunds. Each case is reviewed at the sole discretion of our team.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and designs—is owned by Wild Bloom Atelier. Reproduction, copying, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
