Approved Refund Circumstances
Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare scenario that your order is lost in transit, we will issue a 75% refund. This refund will only be issued upon confirmation from carrier services.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Verified damaged items, if approved, will be replaced at no charge or a full refund issued upon return of item.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements outside of these circumstances. We do want you to be happy with your order and experience, and will be fair in rulings outside of these circumstances.
